A talented web applications developer in various programming languages, and a ColdFusion and ASP.NET expert, David is responsible for leading the technical planning, database design and development for all Modern Signal projects. Always putting the user as the primary focus of development, David combines complex, database-driven programming with a sensitivity to interface to produce robust but user-friendly Internet applications.

A fifteen-year veteran to web consulting and development with stints at iXL, Key Point Software and TVisions, David has developed web presences for a variety of prominent Fortune 500 companies and large associations including Aetna US Healthcare, Fidelity Investments, Hewlett Packard, Whole Foods and Alzheimer Research Forum. David holds a BA in English from the University of California at Irvine.
