Our work with you starts off with first identifying both where you are now and where you want to be. Then we help you develop a strategy to get there. Developing a strategy is about looking at all your available resources, your current processes, bottlenecks, strengths and needs, and synthesizing all of those elements to figure out the best way to get you where you want to be.

Well, something that’s any good is rarely “easy”. But our team will help you think through those hard questions and with us leading the way, it does get easier.
A typical project starts out with a kickoff meeting where we meet with all the stakeholders to get a solid idea of your project and organizational needs.
We use documentation to keep everyone on the same page and in agreement.
With this in mind, we get to work crafting an information architecture document.
We create functional requirements documents to clearly define how the project should work.
We develop wireframes and mockups to visualize ideas and structure before design and development begin.
Don’t worry — we’re not making it all up. We work with you every step of the way to make sure we are on the right track.
Once we’ve figured out how the site will work, both back and front end, we’ll help you fill out our design profiler, a detailed questionnaire that helps us identify your audiences, develop user interfaces, and define design elements in keeping with your organization’s branding and marketing goals.
This may seem like a lot, but we’ve learned from experience that the most important — and sometimes most difficult — part of any project is simply figuring out what you want. Once that’s clear, development becomes much easier.
