- Guarantee that existing users would experience little or no interruption to their subscription service during the entire process.
- Complete and launch the new site within an aggressive, and firm delivery schedule.
Solutions:
- Planned, designed, programmed, tested and launched a complex, data-intensive new website within schedule and budget.
- Significantly improved the look-and-feel and usability of the site.
- Rebuilt all of the old site's existing functionality while optimizing the speed, structure and overall scalability of the website.
- Added significant new features and tools including new reports with dynamically-generated graphs and tables, and content management tools to allow Teaching Strategies to manage content on its own.
- Developed and integrated an order tool that manages leads, contracts and sales of Creative Curriculum subscriptions.
- Ensured that launch and implementation was smooth for customers.
